Technical Leadership

Admin · 9/1/2026

I combine hands-on engineering with architecture ownership, delivery leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional coordination. I’m most effective when a team needs someone who can move between technical detail and the wider delivery picture.

What I lead

  • Clarifying incomplete or evolving requirements.

  • Converting product goals into architecture, estimates, milestones, and implementable tasks.

  • Identifying technical risks, dependencies, and integration boundaries.

  • Coordinating client, backend, technical-art, design, animation, QA, and project-management work.

  • Mentoring and onboarding engineers through reviews, one-to-one support, and knowledge sharing.

  • Staying hands-on with critical implementation, debugging, profiling, and integration work.

Selected evidence

I have owned feature architecture and delivery from initial requirements through technical acceptance and production release. This includes coordinating work across a five-person client/backend/technical-art group, contributing to leadership across larger multidisciplinary teams of up to 20, and delivering two complex production features ahead of their original plans.

Leadership style

My approach is calm, transparent, and practical. I make constraints visible, invite technical challenge, document decisions, and adjust plans when new information appears. The goal is not process for its own sake; it is to help engineers do strong work while giving stakeholders a reliable view of scope, risk, and progress.

Open to opportunities

I’m open to Staff Software Engineer, Lead Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Lead C++ Engineer, and selective hands-on Engineering Manager opportunities.
